There are four distinct styles of communication, and understanding how you and your clients are wired leads to ongoing client retention, client loyalty and referrals. Establish an outstanding and harmonious experience with anyone you encounter. Our communication's workshop will start off with an introduction to the Four Styles of Communication, and then lead into a questionnaire for members to fill out (this will determine their own communication style.) After assessing your results, we will move onto some interactive communication scenarios and discuss the Four Styles of Communication.
